Key Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you’ll be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicles are booked in, work is clearly communicated and customers receive a first-class experience.

• Manage customer bookings and vehicle enquiries
• Liaise closely with technicians and the workshop team
• Provide clear updates on vehicle repairs and servicing
• Prepare and explain repair estimates and invoices
• Identify additional work and maintenance requirements
• Ensure customers receive a professional and seamless service
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process

What we’re looking for:

We’re ideally looking for someone with previous Automotive Service Advisor experience, although this role could also suit an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to move into a customer-facing position.

• Previous experience within the motor trade or automotive industry
• Strong understanding of workshop operations and vehicle repairs
• Parts knowledge or previous parts experience would be highly beneficial
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organised, confident and comfortable dealing with customers
• A genuine interest in delivering a premium customer experience
• Full UK driving licence
