Platinum Recruitment is working with an established nursing home in Frome with a long and well-earned reputation for providing excellent care in homely and comfortable surroundings, they are looking for a Sous Chef to join their team.

Rate of pay/Salary: £14.60 to £14.80

What’s involved?

• This is a full-time contract – 40 hours a week – 5 days working alternate weekends.
• The kitchen is open from 7 am to 7 pm – so you won’t be working any late evenings.
• Current brigade of 5
• 70 bed home.

Ideal candidate

• Care home experience (desirable not essential)
• Experience as a Sous chef working with fresh food (essential)
• Food allergen and Food hygiene Knowledge
