Platinum are working with a specialised healthcare service provider in Salisbury. They provide several specialist care services such as complex care in mental health, autism, learning & physical disabilities and dementia for children, adults & the elderly.

Salary : £30,000 pa + commissions, bonuses

What’s involved?

Our client in Salisbury is looking for a hands on Deputy Manager who has a real passion for high quality care, want to work in modern home with a team who brings a family feel to your day.

• This is a full time position, working 5 days a weekend, with weekends (nights/evenings if required on emergencies).
• You will be working in their newest residential home which supports individuals with dementia & mental health related issues. This home holds up to 11 residents.
• This role is great if you are a team lead looking to move into a deputy position or someone who is a DM already and inspiring to be a RM.

What do you need?

• Must have previous/current management/supervisory experience.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude towards the role.
• To be hands on and flexible.
• Worked in a care home/live in setting.
• Worked in dementia/mental health setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to complete a fully enhanced DBS check.
